Intelligent Service Master Team Build Smart Park
The second phase of the Science City is aimed at building a small, refined and world-class science city, which integrates residential and commercial facilities. The second phase of the project is divided into two districts A and B. The districts A include three industrial districts, namely, intelligent ecological valley, life and health valley, science and technology innovation valley, and a residential supporting area.
The overall development strategy of the project is to promote production in the city and integrate production with the city. In the future, high-tech industries such as biomedicine, artificial intelligence, large data and cloud computing will be introduced, mainly for medium-sized and large-scale, growth-oriented high-tech enterprises and elite industrial groups. Advanced investment, management and management modes from abroad will be introduced to build a high greening area. Coverage, eco-friendly vertical garden-style science and technology park, and in the park supporting restaurants, gymnasiums and some leisure, commercial and residential supporting facilities, to meet the industrial population one-stop work, leisure, life needs.
It includes such functions as cloud service, cloud storage, cloud desktop, information portal, client service, and general card.
By virtue of the highly integration and system linkage with the business sub-systems of the park, mainly including, but not limited to, such contents as property service, parking management and security management, the intelligent commanding center system can extract the real-time and dynamic data of such sub-systems. Separately, such contents as the enterprise service, business service, building management, and equipment and assets management of the park can be managed in the form of intelligence, visualization, intelligent operation and management based on the operating conditions of the park. Specifically, the customized product design can be achieved as per the actual conditions and the layout of the exhibition hall.
To satisfy the requirements of business development in the park, we will build the smart park platform for the unified organization management and coordination framework, business management and foreign service, realize the unification of users, single sign on, data integration, and payment and settlement of all kinds of business systems, and plan and design the public component application as required by the operation of the park, including the payment platform, unified logs, timed task scheduling, login administration, authority management, and security control, among others. The management party shall realize the unified management and maintenance of the data of park-related services, infrastructure, enterprises and users, social networking, and notices and announcements, and plan the specifications of service linking for the API interfaces of the platform by integrating all service systems through the platform.
Modern information technology will be employed to strengthen the intelligence of the Party organizations and Party members, and realize the intelligence, convenience and high efficiency of Party construction work. Smart Party construction is the important form for the Party construction work. By virtue of new-generation IT, we will expand the influence of the Party in the Party construction work network in the era of informatization, and promote the thoughts of the Party. By means of the intelligent Party construction platform, we will more conveniently cultivate Party members, care for them and support them. In such way will we provide the Party construction personnel with an intelligent platform so as to enhance work efficiency.
Building automation system (BAS), intelligent lighting control system, electricity control system, energy management system, and hotel room control system.
Video surveillance and control system, access control system, intrusion alarm and boundary security system, parking lot management system, electronic patrol system, wireless alky-talky system, visitor management system, elevator five-party phone system (the equipment is provided by the elevator factory, and the intelligent system thereof will be only responsible for the design of outdoor pipes of the lifeway).
Premise Distribution System (including Fiber to the Home System for tenants), information network system(including wireless wifi LAN); hotel telephone communication system, cable TV system (reserved space for satellite receiving equipment), information release system, background music and public broadcasting system, and electronic conference system.
