It Aims to Become the Important Carrier of China-Latin America Cooperation and Create “Three Centers” and “Three Platforms”

Hengqin will make full efforts to create three centers: China-Latin America leisure travel and cultural exchange and promotion center, China-Latin America enterprise legal service center and China-Latin America policy research and innovation center; also it will formulate policies specially for the Chinese enterprises which set up businesses in Latin America, and Latin-America enterprises which invest in Hengqin, and set up relevant investment funds or special funds for them. Meanwhile, it will exert itself to create three platforms: China-Latin America commodities exchange platform for the China-Latin America cooperation, China-Latin America cross-border E-commerce platform and China-Latin America financial cooperation service platform. With the overlaid policy effects of Hengqin New Area and the Hengqin Free Trade Zone as the carrier, Hengqin will serve as the third-party cross-border E-commerce and Internet business and trade gathering area facing the Latin America countries.
