Hengqin Tianmu Qintai is located at the core plot in Zhuhai Hengqin Free Trade Zone, and on the man-made island at the core area of the eastern section of Tianmu River. It is adjacent to the Hengqin campus of Macao University, and close to Hengqin Port, thus becoming the landscape visual center of Hengqin Free Trade Zone. The project is near to the inter-city railway station under the planning, making it convenient to access Zhuhai Airport, Macao Airport and Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge.

The project is developed by Zhuhai Da Hengqin Innovative Development Co., Ltd., aiming to create a new landmark in the Hengqin region. It integrates such compound functions as the planning exhibition hall of Hengqin New Area, high-end boutique hotel, office, business, yacht club and convention center and exhibition space. According to the planning, it covers an area of 68,664 square meters, and a total floor area of approximately 236,000 square meters. The total investment of the project is about 3.6 billion yuan. It is planned to be open before Dec.20, 2019, the 20th anniversary of the return of the Macao Special Administrative Region.
